Website Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 11, 2026
AVORIQ, LLC ("AVORIQ," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Website Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information collected through avoriq.ai and its public Contact and Request Access forms.
1. Scope
This notice applies only to AVORIQ's public website and public intake forms. It does not govern personal information processed through an AVORIQ customer deployment, private pilot, connected enterprise data source, employment relationship, or other service governed by a separate agreement or notice.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use the Contact form, we collect your inquiry type, name, email address, message, and any organization name you choose to provide. When you use the Request Access form, we collect your name, work email address, organization, title, and the organizational risk or need you choose to describe. We also receive any other information you include in a free-text field.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, credentials, financial account information, health information, or government identifiers through these public forms.
Security and technical information. Our application and service providers may process an IP address, user-agent information, browser or device signals, request time, page path, and a Cloudflare Turnstile response token to deliver the site, distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse, and protect the forms. AVORIQ uses raw IP address and user-agent information transiently for these purposes and does not intentionally retain either value in the inquiry database record after the security check. We store short-lived pseudonymous identifiers derived from limited submission attributes for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store Turnstile response tokens.
3. How we use information
We use public-form information to:
- respond to your request and communicate with you;
- evaluate a Request Access submission or potential business relationship;
- provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and forms;
- detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents;
- comply with applicable law and enforce or protect our rights; and
- carry out another purpose disclosed to you when you provide the information.
Submitting a public form does not enroll you in a marketing list. We do not sell public-form personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use public-form content to train AI models.
We do not use public-form information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated security checks may accept, throttle, or block a submission to protect the service.
Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Swiss data-protection law applies, our legal bases may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and securing our services, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where applicable law requires it.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile and browser technologies
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our public forms for security and abuse prevention. Turnstile processes limited technical signals to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare describes those signals and its processing in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
AVORIQ's Turnstile integration does not create its own cookie, local-storage entry, or session-storage entry. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies that it considers necessary to operate Turnstile. AVORIQ currently does not use advertising or analytics trackers on the public intake forms.
5. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice:
- Cloudflare processes security signals and Turnstile verification data for abuse prevention.
- Vercel provides website hosting, delivery, and runtime infrastructure and may process request and network information.
- Supabase provides database infrastructure for inquiry records and short-lived abuse-prevention identifiers.
- Resend provides transactional email delivery for internal notifications and Request Access confirmations.
- professional advisers may receive information when reasonably necessary to provide legal, accounting, security, or other professional services;
- authorities or other parties may receive information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a successor may receive information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of AVORIQ, subject to appropriate protections.
We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. Our service providers may process information only to provide services to AVORIQ or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
6. Retention
We retain public-form inquiry database records for up to 24 months after submission unless the information becomes part of an active business relationship, is needed to complete a requested interaction, is subject to a legal hold, or must be kept to satisfy a legal obligation. When the applicable retention period ends, we delete or irreversibly de-identify the record.
We retain pseudonymous abuse-prevention identifiers for a rolling 24-hour security window and delete expired records through automated cleanup. We do not retain Turnstile response tokens. Related business correspondence and provider logs may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for the inquiry, relationship, security, service operation, dispute resolution, or legal obligation, including limited backup retention.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; or appeal a denied privacy request. These rights may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@avoriq.ai or use the Contact form and select Privacy / Data Request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant record. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Because public-form submissions do not enroll you in marketing communications, no marketing unsubscribe is required for the transactional messages described in this notice.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the public forms only for the limited purposes described above and do not include sensitive or unnecessary information.
9. International processing
AVORIQ is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live. You may contact us for information about safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.
10. Children
The website and public forms are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
11. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites or services that AVORIQ does not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated notice at this location, revise the date above, and provide additional notice when required by law.
